Design Associate (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)

Will support in the selection, specification, coordination, and staging of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment for projects. This role requires a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to manage FF&E processes from concept through project completion. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in styling and staging spaces to create visually impactful and cohesive interiors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

Licensed Architect or Licensed Interior Designer

1–2 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.

Strong proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

Familiarity with rendering tools such as V-Ray, Enscape, or similar.

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Decorate and style spaces during the final stages of project delivery to achieve a cohesive and impactful design.

Collaborate with the design associates to integrate FF&E elements into overall project plans.

Work closely with the Procurement team to coordinate vendor relationships, procurement processes, and delivery schedules.
