JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales of our passenger and commercial vehicles by prospecting potential clients, promoting and generating interest on our vehicles, thus resulting to actual sales. In the process you shall be providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and building strong relationships with potential buyers.

You will generate leads, qualify prospects, and guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase and aftersales support. You will be expected to achieve a successful sale within the first three months of employment. You are also expected to provide timely reports as required by your superiors as well as market and competitive information.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification:
  • Proactively generate leads through cold and warm calls, showroom visits, and online inquiries in compliance with your targets.
  • Qualify potential buyers by understanding their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions and leads.
  • Product Knowledge and Demonstration (Electric Vehicles):
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all our vehicle models, including their features, capabilities, and benefits.
  • Effectively demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, including test drives.
  • Explain warranties, services, and charging infrastructure options clearly and concisely.
  • Sales and Negotiation:
  • Match customers with their ideal vehicle based on their needs and budget.
  • Effectively present sales proposals and negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Close sales by overcoming objections and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
  • Achieve attainment of your sales target within the first 3 months of employment.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional aftersales support.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Cultivate buyer loyalty by maintaining rapport with previous customers and suggesting trade-ins.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Develop sales plans that align with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Provide sales management information by completing reports.
  • Showroom and Display Management:
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of the showroom and displays.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Professional Development:
  • Stay updated on EV technology or latest technological advancements, industry trends, and sales techniques.
  • Participate in educational opportunities and read professional publications.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems).
  • Knowledge of market trends, loan documents and relevant processes.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, preferably electric vehicles.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php12, Php15,000.00 per month
