Job Summary:

Talent Acquisition Specialist handles end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to job offer, creates, and executes continuous improvement initiatives, attends business unit /project calls to represent recruitment and builds strong relationship with hiring managers with both the local operations and Business Units.

Accountabilities:

  • End to end recruitment process: sourcing to job offer;

  • Administer online exams and assists candidates in filling out online application via Workday;

  • Effectively manages applicant queue to ensure that candidate waiting time is no longer than 30 minutes;

  • Conducts HR Interviews for rank and file roles;

  • Ensures completion and compliance of pre-employment requirements;

  • Sourcing and marketing: promotes the company effectively to potential candidates and potential hires and create strategies to augment the pool of candidates

  • Project Management: lead BU/projects calls and creates and executes continuous improvement initiatives;

  • Builds strong relationship with hiring managers with both the local operations and Business Units; and

  • Ensures SLA is consistently met.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree holder

  • At least 1 year of sourcing experience, preferably from the BPO/Shared Services industry

  • Must have strong skills in sourcing, cold calling, leads generation

  • Knowledge in boolean search is an advantage

  • Experience in end to end recruitment is a plus

  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written

  • Able to coordinate with local and global operations leaders

  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and MS Office

  • Must be willing to work in Quezon City

  • Can start ASAP
