Overview
Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. This role is crucial for supporting our accounting operations and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

What Will You Do

  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management regarding trends and variances.
  • Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in accounting regulations.

What You Will Need
Preferred:

Experience with construction accounting is a plus

Licensed CPA
