About the Role

Master Garage Philippines is hiring an Inbound Contact Center Associate to manage customer inquiries, appointment bookings, and customer coordination for our Quezon City branch.

This role supports multiple communication platforms and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while following established procedures.


Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Contact Center Associate, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone calls, text messages, email, Facebook, and other approved platforms
  • Provide accurate and clear information regarding services, schedules, and basic customer concerns
  • Book and manage customer appointments in accordance with company booking procedures
  • Ensure timely, professional, and consistent responses across all communication channels
  • Accurately document inquiries, bookings, and customer interactions in trackers or systems
  • Coordinate closely with Service Advisors and branch teams to ensure scheduling accuracy
  • Escalate complex, sensitive, or technical concerns to the appropriate supervisor or department
  • Follow inquiry scripts, response guidelines, and customer service standards consistently

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable handling multi-channel customer inquiries (calls, text, email, Facebook, and similar platforms)
  • Basic computer literacy with the ability to encode information accurately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office basics is required
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow scripts and SOPs
  • Able to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of high school qualification required

Call center or contact center experience is preferred but not required

Proven ability to successfully book appointments, convert inquiries, or manage customer scheduling is highly preferred
