Branch Manager
Job Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales performance, and team management of the branch. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets, high customer satisfaction, efficient daily operations, and effective staff leadership while upholding company standards and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and analyze sales data
  • Lead, train, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and productivity
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and task assignments
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle client concerns or escalations
  • Maintain branch compliance with company policies and operational standards
  • Coordinate with head office regarding reports, promotions, and operational updates
  • Support membership growth, retention, and overall brand presence
Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
  • With competitive background in Sales, Marketing, and Management
  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Gym Manager, or Sales Manager
  • Basic knowledge of fitness industry operations
  • Basic people management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage schedules, sales targets, and performance reports
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure
