Role: Admin & Marketing VA

Qualifications:

  • Ideally 2 years experience as a Virtual Admin/ Marketing Assistant.

Industry specific experience in online course launching is highly regarded.

  • Proficient user of Kajabi, Canva, and Google Workspace.

  • Strong design skills for on-brand content.

  • Organised, dependable, and able to self-manage repetitive business processes with autonomy.

  • Ability to follow SOPs and contribute to creating SOP's and refining internal systems.

Job Responsibilities

Kajabi Management

  • Build web packages, landing pages, funnels, offers/products (courses, memberships, blogs, etc.)

  • Set up SEO, automations, events, domains, and payment gateways

  • Execute Kajabi email campaigns with tagging, segmenting, formatting, scheduling, and light copywriting

  • Integrate Kajabi with external apps (e.g., Zapier)

Graphic Design

  • Create visuals and documents via Canva, including lead magnets, carousels, infographics, e-books, and page graphics

Marketing Support

  • Write captions (with ChatGPT), plan and repurpose content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

  • Schedule posts and track marketing performance metrics

Administrative Assistance

  • Manage internal tasks and workflows independently

  • Draft and maintain SOPs, organize files in Google Drive

  • Build and update boards with automations and integrations

  • Oversee inbox management and draft email responses

  • Provide basic IT support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
