Job Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 1-2 experience in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Good writing skills adaptable for different audiences and platforms.
  • Basic to intermediate experience in creating image and video content in Canva, Capcut, etc.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media management and community building.
  • Basic understanding of AI and automation technologies preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with lead generation and email marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Develop engaging social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Write SEO-optimized blog posts tailored to each division's target audience.
  • Create comprehensive video scripts for product demonstrations and educational content.
  • Transform long-form content into engaging short-form clips optimized for social platforms.
  • Build automated email sequences for outreach and customer nurturing.
  • Produce compelling website copy using AI models and proven templates.
  • Lead Generation & Campaign Execution:
  • Build high-converting landing pages and sales funnels.
  • Execute and manage cold outreach campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Research and compile prospect data for target industries.
  • Qualify and score incoming leads using our CRM system.
  • Develop lead magnets and opt-in forms tailored to different market segments.
  • Organize and segment marketing data within CRM systems.
  • Community Building & Engagement:
  • Manage social media engagement across all platforms and respond to inquiries.
  • Build and nurture online communities.
  • Monitor and engage with comments, mentions, and direct messages.
  • Foster discussions and promote user-generated content.
  • Competitive Intelligence:
  • Conduct systematic competitor research and analysis.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging threats in the AI and automation space.
  • Provide insights to inform strategic positioning and marketing decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dumaguete City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • SEO tools: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Marketing: 1 year (Required)

Work Location: In person
