Job responsibilities:

  • Develop financial evaluation models to assess the ROI of new products, channels, and major marketing initiatives, supporting a full-cycle management approach (pre-assessment, in-process monitoring, and post-event review).
  • Lead the digital transformation of financial models by embedding them into internal systems with configurable parameters, automated calculations, and process integration.
  • Continuously optimize evaluation models and workflows to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness to business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business and financial processes, and support front-end operations with financial insights.
  • Act as a data quality gatekeeper, regularly producing business value reports and performance analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Support the end-to-end process of model development, approval flow tracking, and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines; CPA qualification is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in financial planning & analysis, business finance, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into financial models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional collaboration, lead discussions, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Employment Standards:

  • Work arrangement is 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools; experience with databases and SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
  • A growth mindset with willingness to continuously improve processes and tools
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and business performance analysis, with familiarity in common financial processes and workflows.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation in finance, including building or applying financial models in system platforms.
