We're Hiring: Solutions Design & Contract Logistics Manager

Are you passionate about
designing smart, end-to-end logistics solutions
that actually work on the ground? We're looking for a
Solutions Design & Contract Logistics Manager
who can turn complex supply chain challenges into efficient, cost-effective, and scalable warehousing and transport solutions.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys
strategy, data, execution, and customer collaboration
from concept design all the way to go-live and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

  • Design
    end-to-end logistics solutions
    covering warehouse layouts, operational processes, transport networks, and delivery strategies
  • Build and optimize
    transport models
    (FTL, LTL, hub-and-spoke, last-mile, cross-docking)
  • Conduct data analysis, time & motion studies, simulations, and feasibility assessments
  • Develop
    costing models and pricing proposals
    for warehousing and transport services
  • Lead solution
    implementation projects
    —from planning and system setup to go-live and handover
  • Drive continuous improvement using
    WMS, TMS, automation, and data analytics
  • Act as the
    technical and solutions lead
    during customer discussions, site visits, and proposals
  • Ensure contract logistics operations meet
    SLA, cost, and performance targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics
    , or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience
    in Solutions Design, Contract Logistics, and Transport Operations
  • Strong knowledge of
    Distribution and Supply Chain
  • Proven ability to balance
    cost, service, and operational excellence
  • Confident communicator who can engage customers and internal stakeholders
