Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of core business processes and operational workflows across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to clarify requirements, document them clearly, and participate early in solution design and effort estimations.
  • Analyze system capabilities, configuration options, and available modules to identify the optimal approach for meeting business needs. Assess feasibility and recommend solutions based on findings.
  • Build strong, productive relationships with key business stakeholders, including business process owners and cross-functional partners.
  • Understand end-to-end how IT solutions enable and support business processes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into effective IT solutions and promote the adoption of standard, catalog-based functionalities that reflect industry best practices.
  • Determine required functionality in terms of design, structure, and configuration in alignment with internal guidelines and procedures. Continuously validate deliverables against defined requirements.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving business needs and shifting priorities, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Develop test scenarios, execute test cases, analyze results, and validate outcomes in both test and production environments. Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with end users.
  • Identify business benefits versus implementation costs to recommend practical and cost-effective IT solutions.
  • Coordinate effectively with vendors, third-party consultants, or internal teams as needed to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Provide training to key users when required and ensure the availability of training and support materials. Prepare documentation such as user manuals, standard operating procedures, and guides to help end users maximize system functionality.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: Up to Php90,000.00 per month
