About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team at EEI Corporation in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the successful planning, execution and delivery of our construction projects. This is a full-time position that requires strong technical expertise and a keen eye for detail.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting site surveys and measurements to accurately map the terrain, boundaries and other physical features
  2. Interpreting and analysing survey data to create detailed plans, drawings and reports
  3. Liaising with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure survey requirements are met
  4. Using the latest surveying equipment and technologies to capture and process spatial data
  5. Ensuring all surveying work is carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  6. Providing technical guidance and support to junior surveyors and other team members

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 1 year experience as a Surveyor, preferably in the construction industry
  3. Excellent knowledge of surveying principles, techniques and equipment
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
  5. Proficient in using CAD software and other surveying tools
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
