Job Title: Concierge Supervisor

Location: High-Rise Condominium, Parañaque City

Reports To: Property Manager / Building Manager

Supervises: Concierge Staff, Front Desk Officers, Lobby Attendants

Job Summary:

The Concierge Supervisor oversees the front-of-house operations of the condominium, ensuring exceptional service delivery to residents and guests. This role requires a strong leadership presence, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the standards of luxury and professionalism expected in a high-rise residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Concierge Operations:

  • Supervise daily operations of the concierge and front desk team.
  • Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Monitor proper handling of calls, inquiries, guest logs, and visitor policies.
  • Ensure prompt assistance with deliveries, resident requests, and general inquiries.

2. Resident & Guest Services:

  • Provide residents and guests with courteous, prompt, and efficient service.
  • Coordinate resident services, including booking amenities, arranging transportation, and managing maintenance requests.
  • Handle complaints or special requests with professionalism and tact, escalating when necessary.

3. Staff Management:

  • Train, schedule, and evaluate performance of concierge/front desk staff.
  • Conduct regular briefings and ensure team adherence to service protocols and house rules.
  • Monitor the grooming and conduct of staff to maintain the property's image and standards.

4. Security & Safety Coordination:

  • Work closely with security personnel to manage access control and visitor management.
  • Ensure emergency protocols are understood and followed by the concierge team.
  • Maintain updated emergency contact information and communicate important advisories to residents.

5. Administrative Duties:

  • Prepare daily and monthly concierge reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of incident reports, visitor logs, and service requests.
  • Assist the Property Manager in implementing building policies and disseminating notices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a front desk or concierge role; 1+ year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with condominium management software is an advantage.
  • Flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Traits:

  • Calm under pressure and proactive in resolving issues.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent in English and Filipino; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Local knowledge of Parañaque and Metro Manila establishments/services is advantageous.
