Job Summary:

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records of clinic products, supplies, and items for sale. This role ensures proper stock management, monitors inventory levels, checks product quality, and provides timely reports to support the smooth operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record details of all items, including names, descriptions, and expiration dates, whether for sale, supplies, or clinic use.
  • Oversee the overall inventory of all products and clinic supplies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and promptly notify supervisors when supplies are running low.
  • Prepare and submit monthly inventory reports.
  • Inspect and ensure all products meet quality standards before use or sale.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve inventory-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records at all times.
  • Keep the inventory storage area clean, organized, and secure.
  • Visit three (3) clinics at the end of each month to conduct inventory checks.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

  • At least a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Prior experience in inventory management or related field is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Willing to travel across branches for monthly inventory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
