We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Support Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for Industrial Engineering graduates with 1–2 years of experience who are passionate about supporting project execution, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in coordinating and monitoring project activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Support documentation of project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity of project goals.
  • Track project deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation to maintain project momentum.
  • Help identify project risks and propose mitigation measures in collaboration with the team.
  • Use tools like Microsoft Excel to collect, analyse, and report project data for informed decision-making.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives related to project workflows and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (strictly IE grads only).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, support, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with basic data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with diverse teams.
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
