Job Responsibilities:

·      
 Prepare and update drawings and design documents for preliminary, construction, and as-built stages using BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit.

·      Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers in drawing preparation and coordination.

·      Stay current with drafting and BIM technologies to maintain technical competency.

·      Plan and manage drawing submissions to meet deadlines.

·      Ensure timely delivery and maintain proper soft copy archives of all drawings.

·      Draft detailed installation and construction plans from sketches or notes.

·      Finalize and reproduce documentation packages according to project standards.

·      Develop Bills of Quantities (BQ) and material submissions.

  • Coordinate with Client and Subcontractors regarding drawing-related issues.

·      Prepare communication materials and coordinate stakeholder engagement activities

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of projects drawings
  • Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders and subcontractors to discuss project drawing matters.
  • Conduct in-progress and joint inspections to ensure work is carried out in compliance with quality standards.
  • Revise and update the project drawing quality plan as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma level in Architecture/ Engineering or related discipline
  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a proven track record in Data Center infrastructure projects
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills in English and/or Chinese.
  • Willingness to travel to site projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM modelling), Navisworks, and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently with accuracy and responsibility.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
