Job Objective

Responsible for conducting store cash audits to ensure accuracy of cash on hand vs. records, following company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical cash counts (cashiers' funds, petty cash, revolving funds, COD, EGCs).
  • Verify system records against actual documents (charge slips, sales summaries, reports).
  • Prepare audit checklist and submit findings/recommendations.
  • Inspect cashier drawers, equipment, loyalty cards, and pending customer orders.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly reports.
  • Perform other audit and accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting standards and MS Office (Excel preferred).
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, with good communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and adaptability.

  • Fieldwork required (store audits).
