Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Skin Assessments: Conduct thorough consultations and analyses to identify clients' skin conditions, concerns, and needs (e.g., acne, aging, dehydration).
  • Provide Customized Treatments: Execute a range of facial and skincare treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, extractions, massage, mask application, and use of specialized equipment.
  • Recommend Products and Homecare: Offer personalized advice on appropriate home skincare routines and product recommendations to maintain and enhance treatment results.
  • Maintain Sanitation and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to sanitation, sterilization, and safety protocols for equipment, treatment rooms, and personal hygiene.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, ensuring a relaxing and positive experience with every visit.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately document client history, treatment details, and progress notes.
  • Stay Updated: Continuously update knowledge on new products, trends, and advancements in skincare technology and techniques.
Qualifications and Skills
  • NC II Certificate (Mandatory): Must possess a valid National Certificate II (NC II) in Beauty Care Services (Facial Massage) or an equivalent TESDA certification. This certification is a non-negotiable requirement, demonstrating proficiency in core facialist skills and adherence to national competency standards.
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of [X] years of professional experience as a facialist or aesthetician (experience beyond NC II training is a plus).
  • Knowledge of Skincare: In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, common skin conditions, and various treatment modalities.
