Position: Assistant Manager - Solar Asset

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Salary: Php 140,000 - Php 160,000 gross

Work Set Up: On-site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field (preferred)

At least 5 years of experience in solar asset management, performance engineering, or O&M

Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, monitoring platforms (e.g., VCOM, SCADA), and performance tools (e.g., PVsyst, NetSuite)

Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage service cases

Experience in leading technical teams is a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leading and mentoring a team of Asset Engineers

Overseeing remote system investigations and performance analysis

Troubleshooting system faults and coordinating timely resolutions

Preparing and presenting performance reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)

Ensuring compliance with O&M contracts, inspections, and regulatory requirements (including LGC submissions)

Collaborating with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to deliver operational excellence
