Assistant Manager – Solar Asset Performance

Your Day-to-Day

  • Lead and mentor a team of Asset Engineers in solar system monitoring and performance analysis
  • Oversee investigations and troubleshooting for solar PV systems using tools like
    VCOM
    and
    NetSuite
  • Coordinate timely fault resolutions, service inquiries, and warranty claims
  • Manage supplier and subcontractor communications for parts and technical support
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with
    O&M contracts
    and regulatory requirements (including
    LGC submissions
    )
  • Generate and present monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering
    ,
    Renewable Energy
    , or related technical field (highly preferred)
  • Minimum
    5+ years of experience
    in
    solar asset management
    ,
    performance engineering
    , or
    O&M
  • Knowledge of solar PV systems, monitoring platforms (
    VCOM, SCADA
    ) and tools (
    PVsyst, NetSuite
    )
  • Prior
    BPO experience
    preferred
  • Demonstrated
    leadership
    and
    people management
    skills
  • Strong
    communication
    and
    stakeholder management
    abilities
  • Hands-on experience in
    troubleshooting
    ,
    reporting
    , and
    client coordination
  • Must have
    recent and relevant
    solar industry experience —
    job hoppers need not apply
  • Willing to work
    onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City
    and
    amenable to shifting schedules
