  • Responsible for the prompt and efficient recovery of overdue or defaulted accounts.
  • Contacting customers by phone, email and fb messenger to negotiate payment arrangements or gather information about their financial situation.
  • Recording payment arrangements, customer account updates, and other information in a database.
  • Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of collection laws and regulations.
  • Following established collection procedures and guidelines.
  • Working with internal departments such as customer service, billing, and sales to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Measuring and reporting on performance-established goals and targets.
  • Perform other related functions as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php15,400.00 per month
