PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

OPERATION

  • Ensures all operating standards in the assigned outlet complied with company policies.

  • Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.

  • Maximizes profitability of the restaurant by increasing turnover and controlling costs.

  • Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.

  • Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.

  • Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.

  • Estimates food and beverage costs.

  • Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies.

  • Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.

  • Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance; schedules for service.

  • Collaborates with chefs to develop appetizing menus.

  • Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts.

  • Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested by the operational manager.

  • Identifies and solves problems in service in a professional manner.

  • Familiarize with specific restaurant guidelines.

  • To be available to work long or irregular hours.

  • Full time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays).

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

  • Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.

  • Monitor and evaluates the work activities of subordinates to ensure effective work performance.

  • Provides work-related support to subordinates/as needed.

  • Ensure subordinates are trained and developed to maintain and/or improve work performance in current roles and/or future roles.
