Job Summary:

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assigned retail stores, ensuring efficient customer service, and driving sales. This role involves leading and motivating a team of retail associates, managing inventory, and maintaining a positive and organized store environment. The Retail Supervisor plays a key role in achieving sales targets and upholding company standards.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field.
  • Leadership experience in retail or fast-food is preferred.
  • The candidate should be sales-driven, possess good communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • They should be dependable, reliable, ethical, willing to do field work, accountable, urgent, optimistic, and able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Has sense of accountability, urgency, leadership, and optimistic

Schedule: 6 days work schedule

1 Shop Supervisor that will be roving to retail stores/branches in NAIA, Glorietta, Greenbelt

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php23,000.00 per month
