Leads Management

Stakeholder Management

· Prepares and leads project marketing updates during cluster meetings

· Coordinates with creative and media agencies as well as suppliers to implement projects in coordination with the marketing associate

· Conducts and orchestrates data-driven market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products in coordination with the Associate for Project Marketing Strategy

· Analyzes customer research, current market conditions and competitor information for assigned projects

· Stay up-to-date on the latest real estate trends

Qualifications:

Education level

· Advertising Management, Business, Communication Arts, Marketing or marketing-related college degree

Experience

· At least 8 years of experience in product marketing or brand management, preferably real estate

· At least 1 years managerial experience

· Knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
