About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Sales Specialist to connect with customers, promote products, and close deals across calls, emails, and chats. You'll drive sales growth, deliver excellent customer experiences, and consistently hit - or exceed - your targets. If you're motivated by commissions, confident in your communication skills, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is built for you.

What you'll do

  • Engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats to promote and sell products/services.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while driving sales opportunities.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product presentations and closing strategies.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.

  • Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, conversion strategies, and overall performance.


What You Bring

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of hitting targets (B2B and B2C experience required).

  • Neutral English accent with excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

  • Highly motivated by commissions, bonuses, and performance-based incentives.

  • Confident, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and close deals.

  • Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to maximize earnings through performance.
