We are looking for a Business Development Officer ASAP. This is a fully remote work that pays up to 25K basic with unlimited commissions based on performance.

The shift is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM and has a fully remote setup

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience working as a Business Development Specialist or similar function for at least 2 years
  • Working in the Recruitment Industry is a huge plus but not required
  • Must be comfortable presenting to clients both face to face and online
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Powerpoint, PDF, Word, Excel)
  • Well disciplined to work remotely with minimal supervision
  • Sales background is ideal

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new hiring clients
  • Identify and develop new lines of business
  • Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships
  • Increase company clients by researching and creating networking opportunities
  • Negotiate and close business deals
  • Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals
  • Meet with potential clients and present services offered by the company
  • Retain existing clients
  • Work with the team into developing strategies for Business Development
