COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Objective: Oversee and manage the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring the seamless acquisition and maintenance of necessary permits. This role encompasses guiding the application process, conducting thorough assessments, and maintaining a proactive approach to compliance measures.

Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategles to ensure the organization's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Stay abreast of changes in legislation and regulatory requirements, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Permit Acquisition and Renewal:
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies to facilitate the smooth application and renewal process for permits, licenses, and approvals.
  • Guide internal stakeholders through the application process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of all required documentation.
  • Audits and Assessments:
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to verify ongoing compliance with permit conditions and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal audit teams to identify potential compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance measures into daily operations seamlessly.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on permit-related matters, fostering a culture of compliance awareness.

  • Propose and Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the compliance function.
