Human Resources Assistant (Talent Acquisition) [Onsite]
Job Description
We're looking for an HR Talent Acquisition to join our team. This role will focus on full-cycle recruitment and provide support across key HR functions such as learning & development, employee engagement, and administrative compliance.
What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Conduct technical screenings and work closely with hiring managers
Process training requests and support learning & development programs
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and wellness events
Maintain accurate employee records and 201 files
Utilize HRIS systems (preferably Workday) for data management and reporting
Generate reports and support various HR administrative tasks
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment
Hands-on experience in technical screening and hiring coordination
Background in a technical or engineering company is an advantage
Familiarity with HRIS (Workday experience is a plus)
Able to work independently with strong attention to detail
Skills & Knowledge
Strong recruitment knowledge, including technical role hiring
Understanding of recruitment KPIs and reporting
Training coordination and basic L&D knowledge
Experience with HRIS systems and employee data management
Event planning and employee engagement experience
HR documentation and compliance familiarity
