Jobs and Responsibilities:

  • Cater to inbound and outbound calls from end customers, merchants, 3rd part to capture missing information
  • Probing skills to capture all relevant information to initiate investigation
  • Meet compliance requirements including deadlines of Regulation, networks.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School graduate / Completed 2 years/4 semesters in college (in 1 course and no back subjects) OR College graduate
  • WITH or WITHOUT BPO Experience
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and overcome objections
  • Ability to maintain required sales percentages per week
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
  • Willing to work onsite in Central Bloc, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php22,610.00 per month
