Job Summary:

The role involves overseeing the continuous monitoring and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as manpower efficiency, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), cycle time efficiency, product quality, cost-effectiveness and safety. The focus is on sustaining an efficient manufacturing process that produces high-quality products in a cost-effective manner, while ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Competence Requirements:

  • Graduate of Mechanical Enginineering, Industrial Engineerinf or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a Supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastic industry.
  • Proficient in MS Windows applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have a strong leadership and innovative skills.
  • A proactive team player, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be trustworthy, driven and proactive.
  • Willing to be assigned at Brgy. Ugong, Valenzuela or Llano Road, North Caloocan.
