Job Description:

  • Ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production target
  • Ensure all forms needed for production operation are complete, available and prepared
  • Coordinates with supervisor/ production planner regarding production scheduling
  • Suggests or recommends solutions for problems being encountered at the production
  • Accomplishes Daily Production Report Summary
  • Evaluates the work done by maintenance technician after machine repair
  • Notifying concerned personnel of areas of non-compliance as to improve the operation being performed
  • Monitor the compliance of workers to Company Rules and Regulations

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course .
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • With experience in leading production personnel
  • Team Player/Builder with good interpersonal relationship skill
  • Knowledge in basic machine trouble-shooting
  • Ability on multi task with minimum supervision.
  • Above average communication skills
