About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our team at int transportation' in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our manufacturing operations and ensuring the efficient and effective production of our products.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and direct the day-to-day operations of the production team, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring
  2. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure timely delivery of products
  4. Provide training and support to production staff, fostering a positive and engaging work environment
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring production targets are met
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
  4. Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, as well as quality control procedures
  5. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on key performance metrics
  6. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques
