We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Associate or Bank Tellers to join our retail banking team at Sun Savings Bank, Inc.'. based in our Cebu Central Visayas location, this full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of our branch.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with a range of banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
  • Handling cash and maintaining accurate records of all transactions
  • Providing information about our products and services to customers
  • Identifying and referring potential sales opportunities to the appropriate team members
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using banking systems and technology
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the banking or financial services industry
  • Commitment to providing a high level of service and contributing to the success of the team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Management, or Banking/Finance
