About the role

We are seeking a dedicated F&B Service Associate / Waiter to join our team at the Noble Hotel in the vibrant city of Cebu. This full-time position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. As part of our hospitality and tourism team, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the success and growth of our establishment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  3. Prepare and deliver orders to customers in a timely manner
  4. Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring tables are set and reset properly
  5. Assist in the preparation of the dining area and bar as needed
  6. Handle cash and credit card transactions with attention to detail
  7. Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly
  8. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service flow
  9. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a similar customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a bar or restaurant environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  4. Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  5. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items and preparation
  6. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
