About the Role

As the
VP, HR Business Partner – Philippines Country Leader
, you'll be the senior advisor to our executive team. You'll lead the HR strategy, ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, and create an inclusive, high-performance workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing HR team.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and career development.
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and adapt policies proactively.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues and foster a values-driven culture.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Leverage HR analytics and technology to guide decision-making.
  • Lead change management and communication during organizational transitions.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8–10+ years of progressive HR leadership in the Philippines.
  • Proven experience as a
    strategic HR leader in a Financial Services or Banking GCC
    .
  • Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong track record of influencing executives and leading large teams.
  • Experience with HR technology and HR analytics.

Good-to-Have

  • Regional or global HR leadership exposure.
  • Experience leading large-scale change initiatives.
