Student Service Officer

The Student Service Officer is responsible for the overall student experience at Ausphin International Institute – Culinary Arts & Business Management Inc. This includes managing the admissions process, coordinating student onboarding, overseeing student support services, and ensuring the ultimate success journey of every student from enrollment to completion. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to student success. The Student Service Officer will supervise the Student Service Custodian and work closely with other departments within the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire student lifecycle, from initial inquiry and application through graduation and beyond.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the student experience at every touchpoint.
- Monitor student progress and identify potential challenges, providing support and resources as needed.
- Track student outcomes and gather feedback to continuously improve student services.
Admissions & Onboarding:
- Manage the student admissions process, including application review, interviews, and enrollment.
- Coordinate student onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition into the school.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families.
Student Support Services:
- Supervise the Student Service Custodian, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
- Oversee the provision of student support services, including academic advising, career counseling, and personal support.
- Develop and implement student support programs and initiatives to address student needs.
- Act as a point of contact for student concerns and grievances, resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
Student Success & Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student success and engagement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Organize student events and activities to build community and enhance the student experience.
- Monitor student satisfaction and gather feedback to improve student services.
Administrative & Reporting:
- Manage student records and maintain accurate data.
- Prepare reports on student enrollment, retention, and outcomes.
- Develop and manage the student services budget.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
Leadership & Supervision:
- Supervise and mentor the Student Service Custodian, providing regular feedback and development opportunities.
- Lead and motivate the student services team to achieve departmental goals.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
