Job Description

An Australian financial planning firm is seeking a paraplanning superstar to support its team of financial advisors and enhance the overall client experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage various tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the financial advisors, including scheduling appointments, preparing client presentations, and managing client communications.
  2. Maintain client database and ensured all client information is up to date and accurate.
  3. Assist with the preparation of financial planning reports and presentations.
  4. Complete ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the financial advisors.
  5. Design strategies, update Fact find, perform Risk Researcher and Wealth Solver.
  6. Prepare SoA's
  7. All other SOA preparation duties.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with client relationship management software (CRM) preferred
  • Familiarity with financial planning concepts and practices is a plus
  • Strong Knowledge of Advisor Log and Xplan
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Working Hours: It's a full-time contract role.
