Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cost Controller role based in Quezon City. The Cost Controller will oversee and manage the financial performance of the hotel, monitor expenses, analyze financial data, and ensure cost efficiency across all operations. Responsibilities include implementing cost control strategies, collaborating with relevant departments to optimize budget allocation, preparing financial reports, and maintaining a rigorous review of costs and expenditures to meet financial targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure efficient allocation and tracking of resources.
  • Strong skills in Cost Accounting and knowledge of Finance principles to manage budgets and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Analytical Skills and strategic thinking to assess financial data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational financial goals.
  • Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry or previous experience in a hotel setting is advantageous but not required.
