approval or to establish tool trial.

2. To adjust the machine whenever required to meet quality

specification.

3. Execute the instructions and action to meet daily target on output

and follow quality standard

after achievement.

5. Immediate action taken to improve the rejection when there is high

throw out from machine.

6. Train operator how to operate machine and handle molded part

quality.

7. Assist Supervisor to oversee the operation during breaktime and

absentism

8. Maintain 7's housekeeping at all time years working experience in Plastic

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years working experience in Plastic Injection Molding Field

  • education with 2 - 3 years working experience

  • 2-3 years of technical trouble shooting skill.

  • Mold set up skill and experience.

  • Good knowledge injection machine

  • Ability to setup tool and perform basic wiring for limit switches and core puller function tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure .
