  2. Perform machine start-up and shut-down procedures.

  6. Monitor injection molding processes to ensure cycle time, quality, and production targets are met.

  7. Adjust machine settings as needed to correct process deviations.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in their implementation.

  9. Mold Changeovers

  10. Efficiently perform mold changes and setup in accordance with production schedules.

  11. Ensure proper handling, installation, and maintenance of molds and tooling.

  12. Troubleshooting & Maintenance

  13. Diagnose and troubleshoot machine faults, minor repairs, and process-related issues.

  14. Coordinate with maintenance team for major repairs or preventive maintenance activities.
  15. Maintain documentation of maintenance logs and troubleshooting activities.

  16. Quality Assurance

  17. Conduct first article inspections and ensure products meet quality standards.

  18. Collaborate with QA team for product testing and non-conformance handling.
  19. Record production data and maintain accurate reports.

  20. Safety & Compliance

  21. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.

  22. Ensure safe operation of machines and maintain cleanliness of work area.
  23. Support compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements
