JOB SUMMARY
The Membership Staff is responsible for overseeing and executing membership processes, ensuring the delivery of exceptional support and services to members. This role includes managing membership applications and inquiries, maintaining accurate records, coordinating member-related activities, and providing administrative assistance to committees. The Membership Staff plays a critical role in fostering positive member relationships, facilitating induction activities, and ensuring the efficient and seamless execution of membership operations.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Oversee membership applications, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely processing.
- Address membership inquiries and requests, providing efficient resolutions to concerns.
- Administer membership-related services, including applications for death and disability benefits, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and timelines.
- Coordinate induction-related activities, such as preparation, logistics, and member communications.
DATABASE ADMINISTRATION
- Manage and maintain the Doctor's Relationship Management (DRM) database, ensuring accuracy, security, and up-to-date member records.
COMMITTEE SUPPORT
- Provide administrative and logistical support to assigned committees, facilitating smoothing execution of activities and initiatives.
REPORTING & COMPLIANCE
- Prepare and submit relevant reports on membership metrics, activities, and performance as required by management.
OTHER DUTIES
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Membership Services Manager or organizational leadership.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCES
EDUCATION & RELATED EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Relations, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in membership services, customer relations, or administrative roles.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
