You will be responsible for executing our Message Decomposition Framework, ensuring that every piece of long-form content is strategically leveraged across LinkedIn, email, and social channels. This role requires a blend of creative writing, semantic SEO knowledge, and a disciplined approach to content governance.

Key Responsibilities - Content Creator

  • High-Authority Content Production: Create and produce weekly blog posts and monthly long-form pillar content utilizing Semantic SEO structuring (H1-H3 hierarchy) and FAQ-ready formatting to align with brand guidelines and target audience needs.
  • SEO & Keyword Governance: Conduct monthly research to classify keywords by informational, commercial, and transactional intent. Maintain the Topical Entity Map and execute internal link architecture logic within all content briefs.
  • Message Decomposition & Repurposing: Systematically decompose long-form articles into distribution kits, including LinkedIn thought leadership posts, email broadcast templates, and social media micro-copy.
  • Authority & E-E-A-T Integration: Ensure all blog content, guest posts, and monthly pillars embed signals of expertise, authoritativeness, and trust (E-E-A-T) relevant to the recruitment and compliance sector.
  • Email Marketing Execution: Manage the bi-weekly "Compliance Pulse" newsletter; draft copy and implement A/B testing for subject lines and CTAs to optimize engagement and trust-building.
  • On-Page & Conversion Optimization: Regularly audit and update meta-titles and descriptions; refresh landing page and CTA copy using intent alignment and friction-reduction principles.
  • Multimedia & Social Production: Produce short-form video, graphics, and social-first content for LinkedIn and other platforms; manage basic production tasks including asset optimization and platform-specific formatting.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze content performance using analytics tools to provide monthly KPI reports on organic traffic growth, keyword ranking movement, and email engagement metrics.
  • Content Governance: Maintain organized content libraries and documentation; ensure all content follows keyword cannibalization controls and complies with regional regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications - Content Creator

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital content creation with a strong emphasis on Technical or Semantic SEO.
  • Proven ability to classify search intent and map content to a Topical Authority Framework.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot) and basic image/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe suite).
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex HR and compliance topics into engaging thought leadership.
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience managing centralized keyword assignment tracking and editorial calendars.

Preferred Qualifications - Content Creator

  • Demonstrated experience with a Create Once, Distribute Everywhere (COPE) or Message Decomposition workflow.
