Calling all aspiring individuals to join our internship program and embark on a journey of discovery

Role: Provide administrative, telemarketing, and digital marketing support to Enterprise/AOSI.

Reporting Structure: Directly reports to the Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

A. Telemarketing

  • Training Participation: Attend training sessions to learn telemarketing techniques, tools, and product knowledge.
  • Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and updating potential customer databases.
  • Cold Calling Practice: Make supervised calls to introduce products and build confidence in communication.
  • Customer Engagement: Learn strategies to initiate meaningful conversations and handle objections.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze call outcomes and improve techniques using feedback.
  • Script Development: Assist in refining call scripts for better effectiveness.
  • Sales Support: Schedule follow-ups and share qualified leads with the sales team.
  • Reporting: Maintain and present records of calls and outcomes.
  • Compliance: Adhere to telemarketing regulations and company policies.
  • Feedback & Growth: Seek feedback to improve skills and prepare for a telemarketer role.

B. Content Creation and Advertisement

  • Creating and designing content for various platforms including social media posts, infographics, and posters.
  • Editing videos for promotional purposes.
  • Assisting in the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives for events.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Completing projects related to branding, content creation, and social media marketing.

Requirements:

Own a laptop for work.

Open to Marketing, IT, and other related courses.
