  1. Social Media Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  2. Data Extraction & Analysis: Systematically extract and compile performance metrics from social media platforms: impressions, reach, and page visits for the dedicated pages of Prestige, Aspire, and Filigree. This data will be used to generate monthly performance reports.

  3. Performance Tracking: Maintain a regular schedule for data collection to ensure consistent reporting and the ability to identify trends over time

  4. Overall Report Management and Coordination

  5. Monthly Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for the submission of the Digital Excel Report. Coordinate with Ms. Rula's Executive Assistant to ensure the report is delivered accurately and on time at the close of each month.

  6. Administrative Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the digital marketing (social media) and the executive assistant to address any questions or discrepancies related to the data in the monthly report.   7. Cross-Departmental Coordination and Support

  8. Sales Data Integration: Coordinate directly with the Sales Administration team to obtain necessary data or insights. This collaboration is crucial for aligning marketing efforts with sales outcomes and providing a complete view of the customer journey.
  9. Information Flow: Ensure a smooth and consistent flow of information between the marketing and sales departments to support campaign planning and lead generation activities

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and content creation
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva or other design tools is an advantage
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Willing to render at least 200 hours of internship as required by school
