The Utility Staff is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall upkeep of the facility. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers through thorough cleaning, disinfection, and proper maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing designated areas within the store.
  • Handle the proper collection, segregation, and disposal of waste and recyclables in accordance with company standards.
  • Monitor, replenish, and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
  • Consistently uphold high standards of cleanliness, attention to detail, and quality in all assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Female applicant, at least a High School graduate.
  • Previous experience in cleaning, utility, or related role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe, hygienic, and orderly work environment.
  • Flexibility to work on various schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
  • Willing to be assigned at SM City Sta. Mesa - Globe Store.
