  • Work Setup:
    Hybrid (2-4 times a month in the office)
  • Work Shift:
    Night Shift (9PM-6AM)

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of pro forma draft audited financial statements for Venture Firm clients utilizing financial reporting tool;
  • Processing comments and edits to draft audited financial statements using financial reporting tool as instructed by the FA team or our external audit partners;
  • Ensure data completeness In-App in preparation for year-end procedure
  • Identify and interpret fund nuances impacting management fees and distributions as outlined in the fund agreements
  • Maintain high level of accuracy on outputs and ensure completeness of data input for calculations
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with tasks by maintaining a quick turnaround time for processing
  • Identify process and quality improvements to streamline processes
  • Any related process as required by the client

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
  • CPA and/or Master's degree are strong pulses
  • 2 and above years of experience in fund administration with experience in US GAAP and IFRS (public accounting experience in asset management would be a bonus)
  • Experience in reviewing fund operating agreements
  • Good English skills both verbal and written
  • You have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and accurately judge when to make decisions versus escalate them
  • You're interested in providing best-in-class service
  • You communicate information in a timely, appropriate manner to all relevant stakeholders and are able to multitask to meet multiple deadlines
  • You are an organized, self-motivated team player who works towards achieving the team's goals
