Budget and Financial Planning Manager

The position will be instrumental in guiding the Company in achieving its budget, analyze its financial and operating performance and keeping financial transactions within the prescribed financial metrics.

Responsibilities

Prepares annual budget and monthly rolling forecast. Monitors project cost and reports project operating performance. Prepares monthly analysis of operating performance and financial condition. Coordinates with various departments and recommends measures in achieving the budget.

Qualifications

Must be an accounting graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in the preparation of financial statements. With, at least, 2 years of experience in the preparation of budget and rolling forecast. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Must be familiar with enterprise accounting system, preferably, SAP. Has good oral and written communication skills. Can work well with others. Being a CPA is an advantage, but not necessary. Real estate experience is a plus.
