Duties and Responsibilities

Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

  • Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and repairs of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Troubleshooting and Diagnostics

  • Identify causes of equipment malfunctions and execute necessary repairs.
  • Use diagnostic tools and manuals to locate and fix faults efficiently.

Installation and Commissioning

  • Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.
  • Ensure all installations comply with safety and operational standards.

Safety and Compliance

  • Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Report unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions.

General Facility Maintenance

  • Repair and maintain structural elements such as doors, floors, lighting fixtures, and paintwork.
  • Conduct minor carpentry, tiling, and masonry work as needed.

Collaboration and Reporting

  • Coordinate with other team members and departments for efficient task execution.
  • Provide regular progress updates and escalate complex issues to supervisors.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels of tools and parts; request replacements or additional items when necessary.

Qualifications Education and Training:

  • Must have a Technical Diploma or TESDA NC II in EIM or DOMRAC

Experience:

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant hands-on experience in maintenance or facilities management.
  • Experience in both electrical and mechanical systems preferred.

Other Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, or in emergency call-outs if needed.
  • Willing to work in Zapote Road, Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php800.00 per day
