About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming customer calls and addressing their queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing accurate and relevant information to customers, resolving problems, and offering solutions
  • Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude to create a pleasant customer experience
  • Documenting call details and customer information accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak and write proficiently in English
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and multitask effectively
  • Proficient in using computer applications and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • A positive, customer-centric attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
