About the Role:

Master Garage Davao ( Cabantian, Davao City ) is expanding its technical team We're looking for experienced mechanics (at least 2 years of hands on, actual automotive work experience) who are eager to grow within a structured and professional environment.

All successful applicants will begin as Helper Mechanics, as part of our standard onboarding and skill alignment process. However, promotion to Junior Mechanic may be granted as early as 3 months, based on performance evaluation by the Chief Technical Officer and Branch Management.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive maintenance, diagnostics, or repair.
  • Willing to start as Helper Mechanic under MG's training and performance system.
  • Must demonstrate good attitude, teamwork, and eagerness to learn.
  • Preferably familiar with American, Japanese, and Korean vehicles.
